Lauren Pennell is a whiz with editing and her help has made a significant impact on my writing. Not only have her edits helped me to learn common errors I am making so I can improve my writing, but her suggestions have set me apart as a candidate for scholarships.
Every year, I apply for a competitive essay scholarship, a blind selection scholarship where the readers do not know whose paper they are reading. Lauren always edits it before I send it in and I have received the scholarship every time.
In the past, I have had professors and writing tutors edit my papers, but I have found that they give me general suggestions on writing basics and structure.
